OUR RETREATS
Through our partnerships with established organizations, our host locations offer stellar amenities, and great lodging options.
Faith-Based. Peer Led. Open to All Veteran – Military Families
Eagle Rock Camp is a faith-based —but we’re not here to preach. We welcome families from all walks of life, regardless of personal beliefs or spiritual background.
Our retreats offer proven, practical tools to help restore marriages, strengthen families, and begin the journey of healing from trauma—together.
You’ll leave with more than just new skills. You’ll carry home a renewed sense of hope, connection, and something unforgettable in your heart.
We show you a Future that is BIGGER than your past.

Adult Program
Healing Through Connection and Discovery
Our retreats blend interactive workshops with therapeutic recreation to create a safe, uplifting environment where trust is built, barriers are broken, and healing begins.
Families engage in hands-on experiences designed to strengthen the family unit, including:
-
Family Resiliency: Relationship-building, communication skills, and conflict resolution
- Primary Self-Care: Learning to care for yourself so you can care for others
Each day offers something new—exciting activities, meaningful conversations, and shared moments that help families grow stronger together.
This is more than a retreat. It’s a week of transformation, connection, and hope.
Youth Program
Growing Together, Every Step of the Way
While parents participate in transformative workshops, children engage in their own age-appropriate sessions led by trained coaches and instructors. These activities—both indoors and outdoors—are designed to be fun, skill-building, and aligned with the same core principles taught to parents. That way, the entire family learns and grows together, each at their own level.
We believe in keeping families connected. Throughout the retreat, we encourage shared experiences, open communication, and meaningful family fun. And when activities call for childcare, our youngest guests enjoy creative crafts and kid-friendly play, all under the care of qualified, nurturing staff.
Because healing happens best—together.
Family Quiet Time
A Rhythm That Restores
Each day at our retreat is thoughtfully designed to balance engaging activities with meaningful moments of rest and reflection. We understand the importance of quiet time for families, which is why we’ve built in two dedicated breaks each day.
Whether you choose to:
-
Take a peaceful walk
-
Enjoy a nap
-
Meet privately with our Chaplains or trainers
-
Read, journal, or simply unwind
This time is yours. No schedules. No expectations. Just space to breathe, recharge, and reconnect.
